CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fees will be refunded minus a Euro 100 administration fee, if cancellation is received in written form before July 31th, 2007. Registration fees are non-refundable after that date. Refunds will be only processed after the symposium by bank transfers to the participants’ accounts.
Registration via Internet is closed. On-site registration will be possible on September 1-5.
